Free shipping outside the Netherlands from €100.
Below €100, the shopping cart will calculate the shipping costs to your country.
Your order will be shipped on the same day on working days from the Netherlands with Post.nl. The delivery time depends on your location and country.
Return
If a product was delivered incorrectly, is damaged, or has other defects of this nature, you can return it to us free of charge. Please let us know in advance by sending an email to info@isuzumimoon.com. You will then receive instructions.
If a product doesn't look good, doesn't fit, or for other personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. In this case, you remain responsible for the package until it arrives.
Refund
On the same day we receive your return, we'll check the contents of the package and issue a refund. Was your order under €50, or €100 for orders outside the Netherlands, and did you pay shipping costs? In that case, we'll refund the shipping costs as well.
